Riflayca Basa struck out five batters in a one-hit stint, while Arianne Vallestero had three hits and four runs batted-in as the Lady Falcons improved their card to 4-0.
Adamson has scored more than 10 runs for the third time this season.
National University beat La Salle, 5-4, to take second place with a 3-1 card.
La Salle is now at 3-2, ahead of UST and University of the Philippines (2-2).
