ANOTHER points weekend for Bianca Bustamante, this time at the ROKiT FIA British Formula 4, as she finished in the Top 10 in Race 3 in her first weekend racing for the British Championship in Zandvoort last Sunday.
After failing to make it to the Top 15 in the round's first two races in the Netherlands, Bustamante finished P8 in the curtain-closer for the weekend to score five points and get herself on the board in the drivers standings.
Racing against both male and female drivers, Bustamante is P27 out of 29 competing this season.
Bianca's beginning in British Formula 4
In the first two races, Bustamante finished P18 and P17, respectively, racing under Hitech Pulse-Eight.
And for her P17 finish, she improved two positions from her start on the grid.
The next round is slated from August 10 to 11 on Knockhill Racing Circuit.
Meanwhile, Bustamante’s F1 Academy season resumes on August 23 to 25 for Round 4 at Zandvoort as well.
Bustamante’s fellow F1 Academy driver Abbi Pulling had a productive weekend in Zandvoort, as she claimed second place in Race 2 before dropping to P20 in Race 3.
