UFC fighter Nick Diaz has been suspended for five-years by the Nevada State Athletic Commission on Monday for marijuana use.
Diaz was also fined $165,000 fine in his third suspension for usage of the illegal substance.
Diaz, who tested positive for marijuana after a loss via decision to Anderson Silva in UFC 183 in January, was also penalized for marijuana use in 2006 and 2012.
