LITO Adiwang was victorious in his flyweight debut while Carlo Bumina-ang saw his winning streak snapped in contrasting results for the Philippines at ONE Fight Night 37 on Saturday inside Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Adiwang took care of business in his first fight at the 135-pound weight class by demolishing Mauro Mastromarini near the end of the first round.
The SOMA Fight Club representative dropped the Argentinian with a booming left hook before pouncing on Mastromarini with punches on the ground to get the win with eight seconds remaining in the first round of their flyweight clash.

The victory got Adiwang back on the winning track after losing in his last fight against Keito Yamakita, the last time he competed in the strawweight division currently ruled by his good friend Joshua Pacio. “Thunder Kid” improved to 17-6 with his fourth win in five fights.
The Bull gets caught
While Adiwang was victorious, Bumina-ang saw his two-fight winning streak snapped at the hands of the unbeaten Elbek Alyshov in their bantamweight bout.
The Team Lakay star started off strong once more, dominating in the clinch with his dirty boxing in a solid first round.
But the second round proved to be a different story as the battle shifted to the ground. With Bumina-ang looking to advance to a more dominant position, the slick Alyshov caught him in a tight guillotine choke forcing “The Bull” to submit in the 1:35 mark of the first round.

Bumina-ang fell to 8-2 for his career while Alyshov improved to 10-0.
