KEVIN Belingon will get his chance to finish off his epic trilogy against Bibiano Fernandes when he defends his ONE Bantamweight Championship in the already stacked ONE: A New Era at Ryogoku Kokugikan in Tokyo, Japan on March 31.

ONE Championship chairman and CEO Chatri Sityodtong made the announcement on Monday, adding more star power to the promotion's maiden foray to the Land of the Rising Sun.

“Without a doubt, it will be another epic war with big fireworks for the final chapter between two of the world’s greatest martial artists,” said the Thai executive.

This will be Belingon's first title defense against the foe who he won the title from via a close split decision at ONE: Heart of the Lion in Singapore last November.
