JEREMY Miado is hoping to take on One strawweight champion Jarred Brooks next year.
Discussing his future and who he might face next, Brooks mentioned Miado as a probable challenger, praising the Thailand-based Filipino’s skills.

“He’s really good. He’s tall, has great boxing, got his wrestling a little bit better too, and his jiu-jitsu is not bad. Jeremy Miado would be a good matchup,” Brooks said.
After winning just two of his first six matches in the Singapore-based MMA outfit, Miado moved to the SMarrok Force stable in 2021 and came up with big wins.
He finished Danial Williams in the third round of their match in October.
With four straight wins, Miado believes he’s ready for a shot at Brooks or another ranked opponent in Gustavo Balart.
“But first give me [Gustavo Balart]. Let’s see who will continue his win streak. Him [with] three wins or me with four [straight] wins. The winner of that deserves a title shot.”
