IT didn’t sound like it at first, but Brock Lesnar praised Ronda Rousey for her domination of women’s mixed martial arts.
“I think she’s a super athlete in a weak division. I really do,” Lesnar said on ESPN.
“She is a man amongst women in the women's division. I take my hat off to her.”
Lesnar, a former UFC heavyweight champion, noted how actress and fighter Rousey has managed to do so much and do very well.
“She's doing an excellent job at what she's doing," Lesnar said. "I don't know how she's juggling everything — movies and this, that and the other thing, going to Brazil and kicking butt over there and doing all the stuff she's doing. My hat's off to you, Ronda."
Rousey has won all 12 MMA fights, nine via submission with no rival lasting the distance.
"I'm not taking any talent away from her at all," Lesnar stated, "but I think she's a super beast — a super freak in the women's division."
