ANDERSON Silva is out of UFC 198 in Brazil on Saturday due to abdominal pain that may require surgery.
UFC president Dana White confirmed the development to Yahoo Sports on Tuesday (Wednesday, Manila time).
Scheduled to take on Uriah Hall of Jamaica, the 41-year-old home bet Silva may need to undergo gall bladder surgery
UFC has yet to announce a replacement fighter to face Hall.
