    This should be your new post-workout grooming routine

    A gym's locker and shower room is a real jungle. While some are hogging the sink, blow-drying their armpit hair, and trimming their pubes in this human safari that you did not sign up for, you need to expertly navigate through it all in order to get properly cleaned after a hard workout. This is the grooming routine you need in order to do that.

    De-grime

    First, you should have face wipes with you. Rip open that bad boy and gently rub those disposable towelettes on your face to help it cool down, and de-oil as well.

    Shower time

    Up next is a full-body treatment. It’s better to have a three-in-one shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for a quick rub down.

    (Arm)pit stop

    It’s better to have a dry-spray deodorant on the go so it won’t stain your clothes. Nobody wants to see those discolorations when you’re raising your hands in the club.

    Face it

    You have to go back to your face after that bath because it’s the first thing people look at when they see you. Put on some oil-free matte sunscreen lotion to moisturize and buffer your skin against dryness and sun damage.

    Hairdo

    Make sure you towel-dry your hair before rubbing some of your preferred wax or pomade. Let that air-dry while you get dressed.

    All done

    Congratulations, you’re now the absolute beast of getting out of the gym as quick as you can while still looking and smelling good.
