    Men's Health Urbanathlon promises toughest course yet for 2014 race

    THE Men's Health Urbanathlon 2014 is headed to the south of Metro Manila for the much-awaited 'obstacle course that started it all.'

    An estimated 1,000 participants are expected to crawl, climb and run in what organizers have described as the event's toughest course yet on November 16 at the Nuvali Grounds in Sta. Rosa Laguna.

    Participants in the 5, 10, and 21 K categories face a lineup of obstacles waiting in all three routes to the finish line.

    Urbanthletes have to contend with challenges such as the Container Climb, Gatorade Modified Wall, Rope Shimmey, the Network, Military Up & Thru, Low-Lower Crawl, Monkey Bars, Tire Field and Scaffolding Maze.

    Registration fee is P850 for the 5K, P900 for the 10K and P950 for the 21K.

    Online registration is still open until October 31 via takbo.ph/urbanathlon.

    Interested parties can also register at the following locations: Planet Sports Alabang, BGC, and Trinoma and at Gold's Gym Galleria, and Glorietta.
