Due to her efforts, she garnered the reputation of being the 'Lumpia Queen' and she can almost make anything with lumpia wrapper ranging from buko pandan, pizza, California maki, cheeseburger, and even a soup dish like sinigang. Wait how is that even possible?
But in her recent video, she found a new challenger. After publishing a video on TikTok where she made crab cake lumpia, a renowned world class chef commented on her video. His name? Gordon Ramsay.
The Michelin-star chef challenged Marquez to cook lumpia using his signature dish.
"But can you do it with a Beef Wellington?" asked Ramsay.

Recently, Gordon Ramsay announced on his official Facebook page that he will visit the Philippines though it is unsure what his plans are upon arriving at the Pearl of the Orient.
With his sudden reply to Marquez' video, perhaps this could tease a potential collaboration featuring these two celebrity chefs. Will Gordon Ramsay learn how to cook lumpia? Will we have a 'Master Chef' session where Abi Marquez will have an hour to make a Beef Wellington lumpia?
Will there be a new TV series featuring Ramsay and Marquez? While it is unsure what will happen next, Marquez expressed her excitement on her Facebook account.
