ALYSSA VALDEZ
Known for her killer abs, Creamline skipper Alyssa Valdez once told SPIN.ph that she can devour two cups of rice in one meal and still have the body she has. Yes, she works at it!
MADDIE MADAYAG
Having practice runs twice a day will definitely have a ripple effect on your body. For Ateneo stalwart Maddie Madayag, you can see that most evidently in her toned biceps.
MISAGH BAHADORAN
The Azkals forward can give any male model a run for his money. Aside from being a phenomenal athlete, this Fil-Iranian footballer also has a degree in dentistry. Talk about the total package.
THIRDY RAVENA
After having just won the UAAP men’s basketball championship, Thirdy Ravena will enter 2019 hoping for a third straight title for Ateneo De Manila University. From the looks of his bulging biceps and ripped abs, he is likely to do it.
RICCI RIVERO
His 2018 was full of ups and downs, but his physique was consistently a winner. This year, the basketball star tried his hand at acting, overcame a drug issue, made a bit of noise by transferring from De La Salle to the University of the Philippines. Then he flashed his impressive abs at a family vacation, and all is well for 2019.
