SPOTTED: Chris Bosh among the virtual crowd for Lakers-Clippers game

WHEN the NBA opened up its doors for fans to sign up and watch the games on the restart "stands", it really was meant for everyone.

Count Chris Bosh among those who took the chance.

The two-time NBA champion was spotted as one of the virtual fans on the LED screen during the game between the Los Angeles Lakers and the Los Angeles Clippers on Thursday (Friday Manila time).

Bleacher Report spotted Bosh as among the 300 fans who signed up through Microsoft Teams and watched the game from the comforts of their homes as he was shown on the 17-foot video board wall surrounding the court in the Orlando bubble.

"Fantastic seats!" he said after the game.

Bosh, an 11-time All-Star who last played for Miami in 2016, was obviously supporting his former Heat teammate LeBron James, who's now the main man for the Lakers.

Lucky for him, King James did save his best for last and drilled the game-winning bucket to lift the Lakers to a 103-101 win over the Clippers.

Other fans can still be part of the virtual crowd as they need to register through the NBA Virtual Fans sign up procedure on Microsoft Teams.

Approved applicants will be blended into one digital background, replicating the stands inside an arena to make it seem more realistic.

They, however, have to be at their best behavior as the NBA can kick them out anytime during the game.
