IT’S the love month again and asking your athlete crush out on a date might be a long shot—but it’s definitely worth a try.

Although they’re celebrities in their own right, some of these athletes are also hopeless romantics who’d be delighted to receive a love letter.

If you really have no idea what to do, let Volleyball star Chiara Permentilla help you out by sharing her ideal Valentine’s date.

“Call me old fashioned but love letters would melt my heart,” she says.

For the Adamson University stunner, going to the museum is the perfect way to spend Valentine’s Day.

“I’m more on arts,” she explains. “I just like being in a museum kasi it’s like going on a time travel and yung tipong just by looking at the artifacts you can see so much history/background.”

“Parang the artifacts want to be appreciated and want to teach you something without words needed,” she adds.

Flowers and stuffed toys cost almost twice during Valentine’s Day, which is why it's not a good idea to spend your money on them according to Permentilla.

“I’m not a big fan of stuffed toys and bouquet of flowers,” she says. “I personally think na waste of money lang.”

“But exception if it’s a tulip, but one stem lang,” she adds. “I like tulips kasi. When I was in Italy yun yung palagi ko nakikita sa magazines. I’d rather receive something from someone na I can keep. Yung useful sa life ko.”
