For Filipinos who own a motorcycle, these individuals can build a career serving as riders, tasked to deliver goods or transport the work force from point A to point B.
While it can be viewed as a career option for Filipinos, not everyone can afford a motorcycle, and even if they do end up with one and establish a career as a rider, what happens next? Will they end up as riders throughout their lives?
Given these problems, Xpress has established a program to aid aspiring riders, through the RXP (Rider Xpress Program) initiative.

Opening new doors for aspiring riders
To those who struggle to afford a motorcycle, Xpress' RXP program allows aspiring riders to avail for a motorcycle loan. Eventually this will yield to the rider securing a full ownership of the motorcycle.
While this is a crucial step to address a significant problem for aspirants, Xpress has leveled up their program by adding more depth to the career of riders.
Besides providing transport, Xpress riders undergo comprehensive training in First Aid and Basic Life Support, adding more safety measures for riders.
However it goes beyond that as Xpress has partnered with Cebuana Lhuillier's Ka Negosyo Center to offer RXP riders access to seminars and workshops.
From these programs, Xpress riders learn important life topics such as budgeting, saving, and managing finances, equipping riders with the tools needed to make informed financial decisions and achieve long-term financial stability.
Allan Tullio, a member of the RXP program, emphasizes, “Sa Xpress mararamdaman mo binibigyan ka ng halaga. May plano sila para sayo at handa silang tumulong. Sa part palang na yon, panalo na kami!".
While this is a great start for Xpress, the organization revealed that they have plans of further expounding their support to the financial freedom of riders.
