JAVALE McGee just posted art of himself drawn in nine different styles from the anime, cartoon, and comics world.

The seven-footer’s signature headband and ‘fro are transposed into several unlikely alternate dimensions. He’s a fierce Saiyan from Dragon Ball Z, a relatively chill One Piece pirate, a grinning JaVale from The Simpsons, and even a fairy from Nickelodeon’s Fairly OddParents.

“Which one you like better?” he asked in his caption.

The commenter consensus seems to be Marvel. The Dragon Ball Z got lots of upvotes as well.

The artwork is credited to Dino Tomic, who has taken the “9 anime styles” drawing trend and applied it to real world people (rappers, athletes, a certain sitting president of the US), ever since the pandemic began.

On April 17, Tomic got his biggest exposure in the sports world when the Chicago Bulls retweeted his 9 anime styles version of His Airness.

To date, he’s also done versions of Elon Musk, Robert Downey Jr., Lil Uzi Vert, Freddie Mercury, and more.

“[S]orry for making so many of these, [I’m] just having so much fun doing it and you know the quarantine is super boring haha,” Tomic wrote when he uploaded an illustration of wrester and actor Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

We say, keep it coming.
