Kianna Dy and Dwight Ramos dominate sports’ hardwood courts. She plays for the elite Premier Volleyball League; he plays for both Gilas Pilipinas and the Japan B.League.
There’s no question they’re top-notch in their sports. But if there’s another thing this power couple is great at, it’s saying yes to trying new experiences.
In Breeze’s three-part miniseries, Sige sa Mantsallenge, Kianna and Dwight leave the comforts of their home courts to tackle three unfamiliar disciplines: football, ultimate frisbee, and dancing. Since they’re elite, their coaches dial up the difficulty level, making them play in the mud and rain.
Will these athletes adapt? Here’s a preview of each episode:

In Episode 1, Kianna and Dwight trade court shoes for cleats in a football crash course. Things heat up when they go against each other at a high-stakes penalty shootout, where they serve as goalkeepers for opposite teams. The duo’s saves showcase their speed and quick reflexes, making the episode a must-watch.

In Episode 2, the couple tries Ultimate Frisbee. After doing box drills, Kianna and the Yellow Team face Dwight and the Blue Team in a weighted disc game. All players get dirty, diving and rolling in the mud while making sure to constantly communicate with their teammates. Who took home bragging rights? Watch the episode to find out.

Episode 3 focused on dance, which pushed Dwight way out of his comfort zone. The basketball star had to lean on Kianna as they learned a full choreo routine. To up the stakes, the two had to take on a dance challenge...in the rain! This mix of mess and moves showed a new side to the couple.
“If you don’t get dirty, you don’t get experience”
Throughout the Sige sa Mantsallenge series, Kianna and Dwight prove that becoming elite starts by saying "sige" to new experiences, despite the discomfort. Real growth only happens when you let yourself leave your comfort zone.

And in case you get lost, you can always turn to your team member to help you get through it.
Try new experiences without worrying about the mess and dirt. Watch the full Sige sa Mantsallenge miniseries and follow Breeze Philippines on Facebook.
