TNT comes to aid of Mandaluyong fire victims in latest outreach

HELPING never stops for the MVP Group.

The TnT Katropa continues to extend support to the needy especially with cases of COVID-19 in the country rising by the day, with victims of a recent fire in Mandaluyong the latest recipients of the team’s outreach program.

Coach Bong Ravena and active consultant Mark Dickel led the worthy cause the team organized in cooperation with the local government of Mandaluyong in coordination with councilor Charisse Abalos-Vargas and the PLDT Smart Foundation.

Helping out Ravena and Dickel were players Jjay Alejandro, Kib Montalbo, and Gryann Mendoza, together with assistant team manager Migs Fernandez.

The group gave out face shields, masks, groceries, and packed meals to over 300 families at the relief center in Nuevo de Febrero Elementary School.

"Thank you coaches Bong, Mark, Jjay, Kib, Gryann, and Migs for participating in the outreach for the families affected by the Mandaluyong fire and the ongoing pandemic,” said the team in a statement.

The Katropa likewise partnered with Your200 Foundation care of volleyball star Michelle Gumabao in making the worthy endeavor possible.
