THE HEAT had an answer, and that answer was Jimmy Butler.
On a day when online watercooler talk was all about an almost-certain Lakers sweep, the Heat caught everyone by surprise by trouncing the Lakers definitively, 115-104 — all thanks to Jimmy Buckets.
‘Jimmy Butler’ and ‘Heat’ were trending hot on Twitter. 'LeBron' was, too, with some fans and observers pointing out his walkout in the final seconds of the game.
There were also enough nonplussed Lakers fans to get the keyword ‘Lakers in 5’ on the trending list.
But it wouldn’t be a Twitter trending chart about the Lakers without Kyle Kuzma, who’s got 23,000 Tweets and counting. (Right before the game, there was a ridiculous online petition going around about not giving him a ring should the Lakers go the distance.)
