POY Erram has another reason to be inspired on the court as the NLEX center and his girlfriend Jerry tied the knot.
The 29-year-old Erram got married in a civil wedding held in Makati City on Wednesday, just two days before the Road Warriors’ 100-97 win over Rain or Shine.
On Friday, Erram had 13 points and seven rebounds in the victory, but made perhaps the play of the game when he blocked a potential game-winner by Denzel Bowles.
When asked if he was inspired in the game, Erram said: “I’m always inspired maglaro. Dagdag inspiration. I’m having a family.”

Erram said he feels happy about getting married more so because they are now having a family as they are expecting a baby.
“Mas gusto namin legitimate ‘yung baby namin,” Erram said. “Masaya ‘yung feeling na may ma-experience kami na bagay na nakakatuwa at nakakagaan ng loob. Nakakatulong sa akin personally sa growth at sa maturity ko.”
Erram admitted the preparations were not that stressful being a civil wedding. However, plans are already being drawn up for a church wedding which the Errams set on February 27, 2020.
“’Yung next sa kasal namin, mas intense (ang preparations),” Poy said.
