Thin-Crust Keto Pizza Recipe
Takes 20 minutes
Makes 2 servings
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 large eggs
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup prepared chunky spaghetti sauce
1 Schublig sausage, sliced, cooked
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded, sliced
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Other pizza toppings, as desired (optional)
1 Preheat an oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
2 In a large bowl, combine cheeses and eggs. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Spread mixture into a rectangular shape on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for around 12 minutes or until the edges are browned and the center is firm but bounces back.
3 Remove from the oven. Transfer to a cutting board. Spread spaghetti sauce on top. Top with cooked sausage slices and peppers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and slice before serving while hot. (Alternatively, use your favorite toppings: more cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, jalapenos, and etc. then bake for another 5 minutes or until the additional cheese added has melted and the other ingredients are heated through.)
