IF not for the PBA bubble, Blackwater could have been on location shooting by now for a film to be shown on Netflix.
The entire Elite team was invited to be a part of a soon-to-be-shown movie entitled Anak ng Macho Dancer and directed by multi-awarded director Joel Lamangan.
The invitation was coursed by Godfather Productions executive producer Joed Serrano.
The one-day casting call was supposed to be held on Thursday (Sept. 30).
Unfortunately, Blackwater is already inside the bubble at the Clark Freeport for the Oct. 11 restart of the Philippine Cup.

“Kaso my bubble na,” said team owner Dioceldo Sy. “It would have been a good exposure for the franchise.”
But the Elite’s PBA campaign is the priority, with Sy expecting the team to be in top contention for a playoffs spot.
Before leaving for Pampanga last Tuesday, Sy and Blackwater management held a send-off breakfast for the entire team at the Ever Bilena head office in Kalookan City.
“May kaunting send-off and management wished them (Elite) good luck,” said the president and CEO of Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc.
Sy had a small pep talk and told the Elite that key to being competitive in the bubble is to ‘stay disciplined and not to get bored and lose interest in playing.’
Asked if bubble allowances were given to the Elite, Sy kept mum but gave out a meaningful smile.
