IN a few days, the biggest sporting stage will unfold in Paris with the Philippines sending a delegation of 22 athletes, hoping and praying for a bountiful Olympic medal haul.
The country’s biggest delegation to the Olympics in more than three decades will be bannered by pole-vaulter EJ Obiena, gymnast Caloy Yulo, and boxers Eumir Marcial, Nesthy Petecio, and Carlo Paalam.

When the festivities officially open on July 26 (Manila Time), the Filipinos will go to war for the country’s second gold medal, following the historic Olympic gold won by weightlifter Hidilyn Diaz at the Tokyo 2020 Games.
With much anticipation to the action, the events can be watched in different platforms such as free-to-air and cable television, free live stream services, and online news.
Free TV
TV5 and Cignal TV, the official broadcaster of the Olympic Games, will air the games on free-to-air channels One Sports and RPTV. TV5 will also air news features about the Olympics.
Cable TV
OneSports+ will also provide high-definition viewing along with three Olympic Games-dedicated 24/7 channels for Cignal subscribers.

Livestream
As an official broadcast partner of the Games, Smart will offer streaming of the July 26 to August 11 showpiece to subscribers of ALL networks for free.
