JINKEE Pacquiao's Instagram followers know exactly where her "happy place" is.
Based on her posts, it's her family's private beach resort in Sarangani.
On July 25, 2020, the wife of Senator Manny Pacquiao granted the request of her YouTube subscribers and social media followers to vlog about the multi-million-peso property.
She begins the virtual tour with this message: "Ngayon, nandito tayo sa aming private resort. Ipapakita ko sa inyo yung first private resort namin ng buong family.
"Sa lahat ng nagtatanong, ito na yun. I'm not bragging for anything, na meron kaming ganito.
"Request niyo naman ito so itu-tour ko kayo dito."
Located along Gumasa Beach in the municipality of Glan, this piece of paradise was built seven years ago.
It has a main resthouse and two villas, all in all with 14 bedrooms to accommodate both the Jamora and Pacquiao clans.
A spacious garden with a fish pond leads to the living quarters.
The color palettes of the resthouse were Jinkee's choice, "Simple lang, white, kasi gusto ko white. Blue and white."
To give it a homey feel, she opted for wood in the furniture, flooring, and accents.
The master bedroom is roomy but not as huge and grand as the couple's bedrooms in their mansions in Makati City and General Santos City.
Just outside the master bedroom is a lounge area, where Jinkee spends her time reading the Bible.
She annotates, "Dito namang area, kapag nagigising ako nang maaga, dito ako nagbabasa ng Bible para tanaw ko yung view ng dagat."
The master bedroom's closet is adjacent to the en suite bathroom.
The first villa is for her family, the Jamoras, while the second villa is where her husband's side of the family stays.
Jinkee shares, "Naglagay talaga kami ng dalawang villas para sa Jamora and for the Pacquiaos kasi kapag andito sina Mommy [Dionesia Pacquiao], kapatid ni Manny, kapatid ko, family ko, may kanya-kanyang room sila na puwede sila mag-stay."
Adorning the wall of the first villa's corridor are Jinkee's framed magazine covers and endorsement photos.
She says, going over the blown-up covers, "Para at least kapag tumanda na ako, makikita ko pa din kung ano yung mga ginawa ko before. Nag-cover pala ako ng Good Housekeeping, ganyan."
Good Housekeeping was a magazine published by Summit Media until the company became fully digital. Today, Summit puts out PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal).
Jinkee says each room is spacious enough to accommodate two guests: "Tama lang siya for the couples, mga ganyan. Cute lang yung mga rooms."
The gazebo by the sea is where the family usually gathers for breakfast and dinner.
As described by Jinkee, "Bare lang siya, so dining table na lang natira. Kasi dati may sofa, may dining table.
"Kinuha lang namin. Kapag wala kami dito, kinuha lang namin, nilalagay namin sa bulwagan."
According to Jinkee, she and Manny prefer to have their dinner by the beach.
The private resort also has a hall where they entertain their guests.
Of course, since the kids love to swim, the resort has its own pool.
