MANNY V. Pangilinan has joined in rewarding Carlos Yulo for his success in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The businessman handed out P10 million to Yulo for winning two gold medals in the recent Olympic Games where he ruled the floor exercise and vault.
Yulo’s coaching team was also given cash incentives to the tune of P5 million, Pangilinan announced on his X (formerly Twitter) account.
Petecio, Villegas get rewarded, too
At the same time, the longtime sports patron rewarded bronze medalists Nesthy Petecio and Aira Villegas P2 million each, with their coaches also getting P2 million.
Pangilinan posted photos of a courtesy call that was attended as well by PLDT president and CEO Al Panlilio and Ricky Vargas, who also serves as Association of Boxing Alliances in the Philippines chairman.
