MEMBERS of the Adamson PEP Squad and the Adamson University Drummers Yellers On-line (AUDYO) simply wanted to have a little fun they decided to play a game in a unique basketball court.
To make a looonnngg story short, the video became viral in so short time.
During a team-building session, the male members of Adamson's cheerdance and drum squads played a pick-up game inside a village where each goal stood a couple hundred meters away from each other.
Take a look:
The two-minute video, which the group captioned '200-meter basketball court, has garnered 1.9 million views, 4,400 comments, 33,000 likes and close to 43,000 shares at posting time.
That was farthest in the minds of the players, according to Adamson PEP Squad member Janmar Manloza who said they simply felt the half-court was too crowded for a five-on-five game.
Laughing at their own antics, both teams were so exhausted as the match ended at 1-all.
“One-all pa lang yung score hindi namin kinaya ganon kalayo, so inisa nalang namin yung court,” Manloza said.
The players never expected the video to go viral, saying they posted it on Facebook to entertain their friends.
