Mark Pingris on Thursday denied cheating allegations that have surfaced against him recently.
In a post on Facebook, Pingris addressed speculations between him and actress Kim Rodriguez, saying the two do not have any relationship, contrary to the perception of some netizens.
Pingris clarified he and Rodriguez only got together during a basketball event, and another one where the actress was the muse.
“Walang katotohanan ang mga lumalabas na balita tungkol sa amin ni Ms. Kim Rodriguez,” wrote Pingris on his Facebook page.
“Walang namamagitan sa aming dalawa gaya ng sinasabi ng ibang tao,” Pingris said.
“Nakasama ko po si Ms. Kim sa isang basketball at sa isa pang event noong naging muse siya ng team namin,” wrote Pingris.
Pingris said he and his wife Danica are doing fine, and have asked the public for respect.
“Salamat din sa nag pa abot ng concern. Ok kami ng pamilya ko. Wag na po tayo magpakalat ng mga balita na hindi totoo. Humihingi po kami ng respeto para hindi madamay ang mga anak naming ni Danica. Salamat po at God bless po,” said Pingris.
