Apr 18, 2019

F2 Logistics import Lindsay Stalzer has been the longest-tenured foreign player in the Philippine Super Liga Grand Prix.

For six years, the American spiker has been helping teams reach the finals, if not win championships.

She started with Cignal, then she was tapped by Foton to help the Tornadoes win back-to-back titles; then moved to Petron with two finals appearances, including a championship in 2018; now she’s with the Cargo Movers.

Stalzer, who’s already 34 years old, shared her secret to a fit and healthy body.

“I just try to live a healthy lifestyle and get nutrients from my vegetables, lean meat and some carbohydrates,” she said.

“Water, definitely, water,” she added. “I’m more of a water drinker. No soda or juices or coffee.”

Stalzer, though, also allows herself to indulge a little bit.

Her favorites are Oreo cheesecake and Krispy Kreme donuts.

“Occasionally, I indulge, my boyfriend would always say I’m the one with the sweet tooth but I try to stay away for the most part but every once in a while,” she said.
