REPORTERS waiting for the winning for the traditional postgame interview following Magnolia's victory over Columbia on Sunday were surprised to find someone other than Chito Victolero take the mic.
It was the lovable ballboy of Magnolia in Junjun Rillo.
Rillo, if you remember, became known to fans when he was called for a technical foul in Game Four of the 2014 PBA Governors’ Cup Finals for complaining a stepping-on-the-endline call by using his hand to emphasize how far Marc Pingris’ foot was from the line.
He has since became known as 'Boy Sukat.'

Well, it's not unusual for staff members of the team to drop by the PBA press room to ask for the statistics of the game. But before getting the game stats, Rillo went to the podium and held court.
With recorders already on waiting for Victolero, Mang Jun unabashedly aired his thoughts on Magnolia’s 110-103 win.
“Regarding our game tonight, Kia (Columbian’s former name) gave us a good game. I have a trust in my boys. They really helped each other to make this win possible,” Rillo said.
“But honestly, I was frightened in the last part of the game. But it’s my import who gave us the momentum,” said Rillo.
Rillo wrapped up the “postgame interview” with a greeting.
“God bless to everyone. Happy Father’s day,” Rillo said.
Not bad. And reporters naturally loved it.
When told that Rillo was already done with the postgame interview, Victolero was so impressed he felt he had little more to add.
"Puwede na 'yun," he said, tongue in cheek, of course.
