A VIRAL video captured De La Salle player Jonnel Policarpio getting involved in a fight in the middle of a heated basketball game in San Rafael, Bulacan.
Multiple clips uploaded last April 5, 2024 showed Policarpio charging at an opposing player after he was knocked to the ground by another player in white uniform.

Punches were thrown during the commotion before cooler heads separated the two teams.
Also seen in the clips were his DLSU teammates Gilas player Kevin Quiambao and transferee Kean Baclaan, wearing the same black jerseys as Policarpio.
The viral videos are snippets from the 'MCV Intercommercial Cup,' a Bulacan-based local recreational league,
Based on its social media posts, the league began on April 1.
Apart from the three college players, an official poster also showed more big names in basketball participating in the league.
