JAPETH Aguilar is spreading his wings outside the basketball court, creating his very own health and lifestyle brand, 'Eagle25'.
The Ginebra high-flyer officially launched the business last weekend through a group gathering with its partner manufacturer, the Korean company Miraean.

Eagle25 is a brand that sells various types of daily health supplements and other pharmaceutical products like 'Lacto Solution' probiotics, 'Ringer Solution', and Ginseng Gel.
Aguilar, 37, says it's always been his dream to have his own venture apart from being a professional basketball player.
"[I] try to strive while playing basketball, and try to save up as much as I can, but ang basketball hindi naman pang-habambuhay, so this is a good opportunity, just trying to earn a living to support my family," he told SPIN.ph.
"I've always thought of setting up a business towards the end of my career, trying to set up my future."
The father of two said his Korean in-laws played a huge role in connecting him with a respectable manufacturer from Korea to realize his dream business.

"It's all about connections, I give credit to my in-laws, they helped me and [we] decided to come up with this," he said.
He also shared that the brand name is deeply rooted in basketball, the career he knew his whole life.
"Eagle25 is the nickname my basketball fans gave me, it reminds me of my jersey number and basketball plays, it holds a significant meaning in my life," he added,
