ILONGGA volleyball star Jen Nierva has put several of her game-worn jerseys up for sale to help raise funds for typhoon relief efforts.
With her home province among those heavily hit by recent typhoons, the Alas Pilipinas and Chery Tiggo EV libero has opened a donation portal to accept both jersey bids and monetary contributions.

“Alam kong marami sa ating kababayan ngayon ang nahihirapan — kaya kahit maliit na halaga lang, malaking tulong na ‘yan para sa mga nangangailangan,” Nierva wrote on Monday.
“Lahat ng sales at donations ay diretso nating ibibigay sa mga naapektuhan.”

Each jersey will go to the highest bidder and will wait until Friday, Nov. 14 as she will use the proceeds to purchase relief goods for affected communities.

She began the initiative with P1,113.50 and will regularly update the total amount raised in the coming days.
Nierva’s national team teammates Sisi Rondina and Thea Gagate recently launched similar fundraising efforts for their hometowns of Compostela and Talisay in Cebu, which were also hit by Typhoon Tino.
She also shared a QR code for interested bidders and donors.
