(SPOT.ph) Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral was easily one of the most highly anticipated Pinoy movies of the year. Chances are, you probably caught it in cinemas especially when lead actor Paulo Avelino made some very convincing tweets, but if you didn't, here's your chance to finally watch it. Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral will be streaming on Netflix starting January 26.
The sequel to 2016's blockbuster hit Heneral Luna, Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral follows Avelino as Gregorio del Pilar, one of the leaders during the Philippine Revolution. Directed by Jerrold Tarog, it also stars Epy Quizon as Apolinario Mabini, Mon Confiado as Emilio Aguinaldo, Benjamin Alves as Manuel L. Quezon, as well as Carlo Aquino, Arron Villaflor, and Nonie Buencamino, to name a few.
Heneral Luna is already available for streaming on Netflix-which means you can finally have an epic (and historical) movie marathon with quality Pinoy films soon. But if you want to start watching (or re-watching) now, Goyo: Ang Batang Heneral is now also available on DVD.
