German expat Jens Funk is the proprietor of Bugoy Bikers, a Cebu-based travel adventure company (www.bugoybikers.com) that regularly hosts bike trips all over the Philippines, particularly in the Visayas. The avid cyclist organizes tours of up to 14 bike-riding clients with a jeepney support vehicle to the most popular travel destinations in the country. The Bugoy Bikers have brought their mostly European and American clientele to Cebu, Bohol, Siquijor and Leyte. Funk, who has biked around the world, counts Palawan, Camiguin and Batanes as among his favorites.
