(PEP.ph) Former football player Phil Younghusband and wife Margaret Hall are now parents to a baby boy.
The couple announced the birth of their son Philip James on their respective Instagram profiles.
Philip James, who was named after "his Grandad and Dad," was born on June 12, 2020.
Their shared Instagram caption read: "Very proud to introduce Team Younghusband's new signing Philip James Younghusband, named after his Grandad and Dad. Born in the early hours of June 12th. Mummy and baby Philip are both very well and healthy."
Phil and Margaret are "both overwhelmed with emotion for our bundle of joy."
The arrival of Philip James happened just in time for Margaret's birthday, which is on June 16.
The new mother added in her caption: "My precious son, you are the greatest gift and to give birth to you just a few days before my Birthday makes this the most special Birthday in my life.
Phil and Margaret got married in Kent, a county in England, on July 20, 2019.
Five months later, the couple announced Margaret's pregnancy.
