But there is one more organ that your eating affects—your skin.

Thankfully, scientific studies about diet and the body help you figure out the types of food that significantly affects the health of your skin. So instead of spending a fortune on those facial products, why not try eating these delicious and healthy foods instead.

If you needed one more reason to eat chocolate, here it is. The effects of cocoa on your skin are pretty amazing. Cocoa contains antioxidants that get rid of wrinkles, give you thicker and more hydrated skin, and helps your skin texture overall.
