WOMAN empowerment, fitness and fun come together in the staging of the “Down and Dirty Dash,” a mud run exclusive for women, on December 1 in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
Participants will have to go through a muddy obstacle course stretching three-kilometers instead of the usual concrete roads to be put up during the meet presented by Event Horizon Productions.
The event, also called “Triple D” is inspired by Go Dirty Girl, a mud run pioneered in the United States.
Part of the proceeds will be donated to Project Pink – a support group that promotes breast cancer awareness among Filipina women.
