“PROTECT CJ Cansino at all cost!”
At least two dozen tweets, repeating that same sentence, over and over, appeared on Twitter in the wake of CJ Cansino’s bombshell reveal of the group chat among the Growling Tigers regarding their conditions inside the alleged Sorsogon bubble.
Posted on his own personal Twitter account, Cansino’s thread of screenshots were deleted soon after "on the request of one member of the team," sources told SPIN Life.
This caused some netizens some worry concern as UST concludes its internal investigation into the alleged quarantine violations. Cansino has also received flak for his decision to release the screenshots.
Cansino claimed that he had released the screenshots upon consultation with his teammates.
As of posting, the keywords "CJ Cansino" and "Sorsogon" are currently trending on Philippine Twitter in the aftermath of his revelations.
The chairman of the Games and Amusements Board Baham Mitra told Spin.ph that "UST will submit to the UAAP their internal investigation” today.
