AS a Filipino kid, how many times have you watched Miss Universe with your parents, only for them to say, "Naku, 'di ko alam kung anong gagawin ko kapag ikaw iyan!" I've certainly heard it more times than I could count, but Catriona Gray's parents (Ian Gray and Normita Magnayon) are definitely living the dream seeing their only child win the Miss Universe 2018 title!

In a quick interview with GMA news, her parents expressed their full support for their daughter's win in different ways. Ian simply said, "Oh, fantastic! She was the chosen one," and later followed this with a sweet and simple, "I love you." Normita knew how hard her daughter worked to earn the crown, saying, "Catriona, you did this. This is you. You've worked hard for this. Congratulations."
And the first thing Cat plans on doing after she wins? Hugging her parents is first on the list:
