THE steep and winding mountain trails and roads of Baguio and Benguet will once again challenge runners trying to “break all boundaries” in the Philippine leg of The North Face 100 Asia Pacific Series.
The Ultimate 100KM Trail Running Challenge is scheduled for May 3-4. Run categories are 100KM, 50KM and 22KM. The race will start/ finish at Camp John Hay.
In 2013, around 1,000 participants took part in what has become one of the most awaited annual adventure races that combine trail running routes with ultramarathon distances. Coupled with the high altitude of the Cordilleras, it is considered one of the toughest races in the country.

For 100K and 50k runners will get cash and product prizes for winners; a finishers medal; authentic TNF100 race jersey; bib; TNF100 stickers and raffle entry; TNF100 Finisher’s shirt for all finishers per category; free TNF camp chair and round trip bus ride Manila-Baguio-Manila for the first 5 registrants per store; a free post event “boodle-brunch” courtesy of the Department of Tourism- Cordillera Administrative Region and a finisher’s certificate.
For 22K runners, their registration fees cover cash and product Prizes for winners; standard issue TNF100 Race Jersey; bib; maps; TNF100 stickers and raffle entry and a finisher’s certificate.
