AS football action for UAAP Season 88 gets underway, the Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub (AVSH) is elevating the game-day experience with the launch of its newly completed grandstand, premium player dugouts, and a modern media center.

These major upgrades to the Athletics Center, which houses the FIFA-certified football field and World Athletics (formerly IAAF)-certified track oval, are set to elevate the standard for collegiate sports in the country.

The new facilities in Imus, Cavite were immediately put to the test, with the men's and women's football teams from Ateneo, De La Salle, University of Santo Tomas (UST), the University of the Philippines (UP), Far Eastern University (FEU), Adamson and the University of the East (UE) having already experienced the new facilities.

“We are thrilled to host the football teams’ UAAP game this season at the Ayala Vermosa Sports Hub and have the players and their team supporters enjoy the newly completed dugout facility, the media room, and bleachers," said Nona Torres, Vermosa Senior Project Development Head.

The Aquatic Center houses both an Olympic-sized pool and a warm-up pool for competitive swimming, training, and leisure.

The Athletics Center includes the track oval and football field, complemented by a fitness trail for running, walking, and cross-training. For extended stays, the Athlete’s House provides 30 rooms designed to accommodate training camps, athletes, and families seeking convenient access to the estate’s facilities.
