THE 'Advanced Mag-isip' Los Angeles Lakers championship banner displayed by Pinoy fans on social media didn't go down well.
No thanks to Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat.
The avid LA fans were bold enough to post photos of themselves on Facebook hoisting a bright-yellow banner celebrating the LeBron James-led Lakers as the '2020 World Champions.'
"Advance kaming mga pinoy mag isip, Congrats Solid LBJ," they initially wrote in their post. "PINOY fans advance celebration Lakers in 5. #JobFinished."

The post immediately went viral, gaining thousands of likes and shares in the hours leading up to Game Five on Saturday morning.
But the celebration turned out to be premature as the resolute Miami Heat, led by the indomitable Jimmy Butler, crashed the Lakers' party with a 111-108 win.
The post was no longer there when we checked.
But weep not, Lakers fans. LeBron and Co. have two more chances to wrap this up. So you may still find some use for that banner yet.
