At exactly 6 PM onwards, this bar could truly change your life.
blank_space is a bar in Mandala Park located in Mandaluyong. From the outside, the place looks like an art studio given its minimalist looking b______s logo, and by the looks of its interiors it does fit what the logo stands for.
But beyond its interiors and its drinks, blank_space has more to offer as it could be the perfect place to spend time with friends.
“We envisioned blank_space to be anything a guest wants it to be—a blank canvas for any mood, vibe, celebration, or wherever the night will take you. blank_space is anything you want it to be,” said Jarvi Celeres, owner/co-founder/operations manager of blank_space.
blank_space features four sections namely a sunken bar where most regulars gravitate to, a mezzanine deck for more private gatherings, a literal large blank space in front of the bar, and hidden bar within the bar called Bullshit Beverage Club.
Given its overall features, large gatherings, parties, and special occassions can be held. From coffee competitions, kitchen takeovers, DJ-organized dance parties, the bar could be a haven for fun and for meetups.
And perhaps more events could arrive such as Tarot reading or mystical events, MLBB tournaments, and other special occassions.
Taylor Swift fans will surely enjoy this blank_space
But besides the overall vibe and aesthetic, blank_space prides itself of their fandom for Taylor Swift. The name of the bar is already an Easter egg, and things could reach a different level upon looking at the overall menu.
Bargoers may start chuckling upon seeing the lyrics of Taylor Swift songs in the menu.
Does the phrase "New Money, and Nightmare Dresse Like A Daydream" sound familiar? Well it turns out to be one of the bar's strongest drinks. Plus there are other cocktails that are worth tasting such as "No This Without You", and even "Bad Guys Good For The Weekend."
But besides Taylor Swift, Kanye West is also referenced in the bar menu as well. There are also light and heavy meals that bargoers should try. Shrimp and scallop dumplings, patatas bravas, and the orange chicken bao are some of the crowd favorites.
For those interested to broaden their imagination, blank_space is open from Tuesdays to Sundays at 5:59 PM until super late.
