(Esquire Philippines) From the start of the quarantine, Matteo Guidicelli has been staying active and healthy — which you'd know if you peeked at his Instagram. He's also been sharing his workout routine, as well as helpful fitness tips and tricks.
The actor has even gone live on Instagram to show his bodyweight workout routine. But, if you're looking for a quick home workout routine, he's also shared that on his YouTube channel. "I'd like to show you guys a very, very quick workout which I do every single day," Guidicelli says in the YouTube video. "You can follow me and do this at home."
Guidicelli led us through his favorite moves while encouraging everyone to not forget to take care of your health during the quarantine. According to the actor, these are the five exercises he does after biking or running.
"[It's] something just to strengthen the whole body — core, legs, arms, whole body," he says. Try this routine out for yourself if you want to stay fighting fit at home.

Do 20-second breaks between each exercise. Complete 3 to 4 rounds to finish.
Air Squats, 30 sec
Pushups, 15 reps
Crunches, 20-30 reps
Elbow Plank, 60 sec
Pullups, 8 to 10 reps
Do 3 to 4 rounds.
