The tables have turned in the ongoing PBA Philippine Cup semifinals between the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters and the Magnolia Hotshots.
After the reigning PBA Governors’ Cup champions stumbled out of the gates and allowed the Elasto Painters to take a 2-0 lead, the Hotshots have recovered mightily and won three straight — including a couple of close games — to put the pressure on their semis rivals.
With the possibility of the matchup ending on Friday at the Ynares Center in Antipolo, it’s only fitting to look back at how the shoe game of each player from both teams has fared so far. It seems that this side of the PBA has gotten caught up in the coinciding NBA playoffs, with signature sneakers from postseason performers taking center court.
