A BRAND new Titan x Nike collaboration is in the works; this time, with — gasp! — Jordan Brand.
Several sneaker publications — including Sneaker Bar Detroit, Hypebeast, and Sole Collector — are reporting that the Titan Air Jordan XX3 is in the works, and have even shown off various pictures credited to sneaker leakers s.sam.group on Instagram.
From Hypebeast’s report, the shoes have a leather upper, with the black or dark blue panels “covered in boldly-embroidered lightning bolts [as] a nod to [Titan's] logo.” Other Titan touches include “hits and stars” surrounding the graphic at the medial heel, as well as a golden logo medallion on the outside tongue.
We’ve contacted Titan for comment, and will update this post when we receive a reply.
The shoe is rumored to drop late this year.
If this collab is true, then Titan is on a hot streak. This reveal is hot on the heels of a just-released LeBron XVII Low collab, which was unveiled at the end of July. The Titan Jordan XX3 would be the Manila-based sneaker store's first partnership with the Jordan Brand.
The Air Jordan 23 was first released in 2008, and staged a comeback seven years later. Titan is currently celebrating its 10th year anniversary, an occasion it's marked with a whole slew of announcements, including the LeBron XVII Low 'Titan' and the relaunch of NBAStore.com.ph, which it now operates.
