PART of its commitment to reach to its fans, the PBA partnered with World Balance to produce high-quality team jerseys available to basketball fans.
The first collection, which includes San Miguel Beermen, Magnolia Hotshots, Alaska and Barangay Ginebra, will be made available in select World Balance stores and online via Lazada and Beebeelee.
“Hindi ko kasi alam na local [brand] ang World Balance, akala ko international, so malaking bagay sa atin [sa PBA] na gagawa sila ng replica ng lahat ng teams,” said PBA commissioner Willie Marcial on Wednesday during the launch.
World Balance will use a full-sublimation process to make the apparel look and feel almost close to what the teams are using during games.
The first wave of the PBAxWorldBalance replica jerseys will be made available starting on Wednesday, while the second wave will be launched in the second half of the year.
