LOOKING good and feeling good can make a basketball player perform better on the court.
TnT KaTropa's Anthony Semerad shared how he keeps himself fit and healthy.
While some may think that it’s perfectly fine to eat whatever you like as long as you burn the calories during exercise, the Fil-Aussie shooting forward thinks otherwise.
“I avoid fast foods, at least 80 percent of my diet will be just fish and chicken breast and vegetables and the rest is a little fried (sometimes),” he said in a short chat with Spin.ph during a lull at the PBA Homecourt.
Aside from watching the food that he eats, the former San Beda standout also makes time to go to the dermatologist once a month for his skin care.
“‘Cause when I moved here from Australia it’s very humid, very hot, very sweaty so I just need to get the cleaning to maintain the skin,” he said.
The former San Beda stalwart, however, doesn’t mind if people might think that he’s too vain for getting treatments such as facial and cleaning.
His explanation on his diet and grooming routine was very simple.
“No, it’s okay (if people think I’m vain) because you have to look after yourself and keep clean,” he said.
