ESPORTS has reached another watershed moment. Sportswear giant adidas just released a sneaker collab tied to the fast-growing sport.
This is the VIT.01, a limited edition collab with Paris-based esports crew Team Vitality.
It's based on the adidas AM4 SpeedFactory, a platform that's already partnered up with the likes of Game of Thrones and Marvel. (Yes, there is a Thanos AM4.) The VIT.01 version looks very snazzy, with striking shards and slashes in Team Vitality yellow dominating half of each upper. Stick your feet together, and the yellow geometric designs form a letter 'V'; you know, for 'vitality'.
Team Vitality is one of the world's leading esports squads, fielding teams in League of Legends, CounterStrike: Global Offensive, Fortnite, Hearthstone, Rainbow 6: Siege, and many more. adidas has been a team sponsor since 2017.
Even if you're not a Team Vitality member, you can score these shoes at the team shop for €159.99 (around P8,950).
