Adidas PH discounts D.O.N.s by 51% in honor of Donovan Mitchell’s 51-point game

Viber-exclusive promotion will end tomorrow at 3pm
Aug 24, 2020

UNLIKE adidas in the US, adidas Philippines did not do a special promotion on the Dame 6 when Damian Lillard scored a 61-point game right before the start of the playoffs.

But they’re definitely not dropping the ball today.

In honor of Donovan Mitchell’s tremendous 51-point performance in today’s game, adidas Philippines is offering a 51 percent discount on the D.O.N.s, Mitchell’s signature shoe with the Three Stripes.

On the adidas flagship stores, the D.O.N. Issue 1 normally goes for P5,500. With a 51 percent price drop, that’s now P2,805.

The discount will be applied to sales in its official Viber store, which you can join by tapping here. However, on the online store, adidas is also offering the D.O.N. Issue 1 for P2,750.

The promotion will extend not just to his signature kicks, but to all Spida apparel as well.

According to a Viber message sent to members of the adidas PH community, the promotion will end tomorrow, August 25, at 3pm.

While impressive, today (or Sunday evening, Orlando time) wasn’t even Mitchell’s highest-scoring game of the current playoffs. Earlier in Game 1 against the Nuggets, he racked up 57 points, though that game ended in a loss for the Jazz. He's currently averaging 39.5 points in the series.

The Jazz will have a chance to close out the series when Game 5 kicks off this Friday.
